Description: The symbols in my work evoke tension between healing and trauma. We wish no one would have to take pills, and yet they have saved me and kept me alive. They are beautiful, and they are awful. Here, exotic plant life explodes from a pill bottle, transforming a difficult situation into a joyful one.
